Get Fit! With T2 Fitness

Some of you (especially those playing a sport) may have seen an email or two from our school’s athletics director, Mr. Anthony, about a program called T2 Fitness. Our school has had the opportunity to partner with T2 to provide training programs for many Saint Joe athletes, so here’s a little more information about them!

T2 Fitness is a fitness center located in South Bend, Indiana, that is dedicated to helping its members achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and a supportive community. This gym has a number of experienced trainers who are very passionate about helping kids (or adults!) Improve and enrich themselves through fitness.

T2 Fitness offers a variety of training programs, including personal training, small group training, and full-scale classes, that are tailored to be inclusive for people of all fitness levels. 

Trainers work closely with each member to create personalized fitness plans that are designed to fit their specific goals and abilities. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, increase your endurance, or just improve your overall health and wellness, T2 Fitness can certainly help you achieve your goals.

One of the most notable aspects of T2 Fitness is its small group training program, which is designed to provide members with the benefits of personalized training in a supportive and motivating group environment. With groups of at least 4, a few of our Saint Joe sports teams have utilized this program in their training! 

These small group sessions are led by certified trainers who provide individual attention and coaching to help members maximize their results. The group dynamic creates a sense of community that can help members feel more at ease in a familiar, intimate environment, and the added accountability can help them stay motivated.

T2 Fitness also has access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment that are designed to meet all the needs of their members. 

The gym features a large open floor space, weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and functional training equipment, all of which are regularly maintained and updated to ensure optimal performance and safety. They also have a selection of yoga, Pilates, and HIIT classes!
