Senior Lainey Eder, Senior Grace Kidder, and Junior Lauren Frick competed against thirteen other divers at the NIC meet on Wednesday, January 17. The divers finished 8th (Frick), 12th (Kidder), and 13th (Eder). It was all of the divers’ first NIC meet of their career and 2/3 pr’ed for their 11 meet dive score. With their 3rd place win at the diving portion, the swimmers have a nice base to begin their meet with for Thursday, January 18th. These three girls will also compete at the swimming portion of the NIC meet, then two days later, diving at the Mishawaka invite. Grace describes her meet as “a tough competition but all the girls were super supportive and created a great environment.” Wish the girls good luck for the last couple weeks of their season!
