Lizzy Kloska is a four year member of the Saint Joe Volleyball team and is a two year member of the track team. Lizzy describes her senior track season so far as, “Exciting but tagged teamed with a rollercoaster of emotions. As of right now the highjumpers (Kloska’s event) are being self taught because the high jumping coach relocated to a different school for the 2023-2024 school year.”
Additional to her sport involvement, Lizzy Kloska is involved in a number of other clubs. For example, Lizzy Kloska is a 2 year member of NHS (National Honors Society) as well as she is the secretary of the senior class for student government. Other clubs that Lizzy Kloska is involved are peer mentors, hope club, and right to life.
When asked about her experience with peer mentors the club she claimed, “I am thankful I joined the club. I feel like it is a fabulous way to get involved with the first year students at Saint Joe and I love being able to help them all that I can.”
After Lizzy Kloska graduates in June, she is planning to attend Xavier University in both the nursing program as well as the honors program. Lizzy Kloska is looking forward to her upcoming college experience because she is “excited to meet new people and branch out in a new environment. Since Xavier is not too far and my siblings go to a college nearby, I cannot wait to be a college student with the chance to see my family whenever I need.”
