On Monday, April 29, the Saint Joe Huskies hosted the Jimtown Jimmies at the North Field Complex where they achieved a big win of 16-6 and advanced their record to a strong 15-2.
This matchup saw a lot of offensive firepower from Saint Joe as they picked up seventeen hits. Saint Joe started off strong at the plate, by picking up 4 runs in the first inning. Four balls were sent out of the ballpark, two of which were hit by Payton Wulf, who also had six runs batted in. Riley Zache and Bella Esquibel also picked up a home run each.
Olivia Borsodi got it done in the circle while also going 2-4 and got two runs batted in. Camille Potter went 2-3 at the plate and picked up three runs batted in.
The team prepares for upcoming games against Logansport and an NIC clash against Penn.
