The student parking lots have been a real trouble to get out of, with all of the construction there is pretty much a one way entrance and a one way exit. It is becoming a big problem for students leaving to get to practice for their sport. More than 30 minutes after school is released people are still struggling to leave the campus, unfortunately this will be going on until October.

The solution I’ve found is to get your stuff from your locker and leave for the parking lot as fast as possible to try and beat the main traffic. Although it eases up after about 30 minutes when the parents are done picking students up on the other side of the building, Mr.Luczynski directs traffic and moves the cones blocking the front of the school, allowing students to drive through and leave the campus.

With my personal experience being stuck in the traffic it’s pretty bad, people get angry and cut you off trying to leave faster than you. But it can also be better being stuck for a little bit because you could be one of the first ones to leave when the cones are moved, it has its pros and cons. Unfortunately more cons than pros but thats what you have to deal with. Thankfully this won’t last all year and will only be until October supposedly. This will be continuing for a couple months but it will be back to normal before you even know it. Have a great day St Joe!
