This year’s fall play is Mystery at Whimbowly Manor! The fall play is October 24 and 25th at Washington Hall on Notre Dame’s campus. The shows are both at 7:00 PM. It is 5$ at the door.

In the Mystery at Whimbowly Manor, Lady White’s diamond necklace disappears at a dinner party and a police detective is called in to find out where the prized possession has gone. The case seems simple enough to Lady White’s husband and daughter, but when detective Bradley Baxter arrives and sends the household into disorder and frustration, the case becomes anything but simple. Accusations fly left and right; and comical misunderstandings multiply. And Detective Baxter is bound and determined not to leave until he can proclaim, “Case Closed!” at Whimbowly Manor.

Senior Lucy Noem has one of the lead roles in the play. Lucy’s first production with Saint Joe was in Hello Dolly freshman year, though she was involved in her grade school programs as well. Her favorite show was the musical Footloose and she loves jamming out with the rest of the cast in the greenroom.
