Cheryl Williams Senior Spotlight for Bowling

Bella Giles

Cheryl Williams has been bowling for Saint Joe and this is her fourth year bowling. Williams says that some of her best friends have come from bowling including Abby Wagner and many others. She has many memories of good times at bowling but she said that her favorite memory is when Joey, a member on the boys team fell into the lane after slipping while bowling.

Williams does plan to bowl in college as an extra activity to maybe do on the weekends with friends and family. She started bowling because her friend Abby signed her up freshman year and she has been doing it ever since. Williams favorite alley to bowl at is Chippewa bowl and her least favorite is Parkway lanes. Overall her high score in bowling is 206 out of 300 which is pretty good. She achieved this score last year and plans to make it an even better score in the future.

Williams is also on the wrestling team and she has been on the team for three years and is thinking about being the manager this year but is unsure right now. She also does not plan to do wrestling in college. Although she will always have a special place for wrestling in her heart and she has enjoyed her time wrestling for Saint Joe.  In college she is planning to major in criminal justice and wants to be a lawyer. She is very thankful for all of her time spent at Saint Joe and all of the opportunities she has gained and all of the great experiences she has had here.
